Small villages and decentralisation. Yarok village solves its own problems as part of Baranynska AH

The village of Yarok was subsidised for many years. UAH 1 million were given to the local budget of the village council per year. These funds were by no means enough to solve even the pressing problems. When the village became part of the Baranynska AH, funds emerged to solve current problems and proceed in development.
