The residents of amalgamated hromadas of the Mykolayiv Oblast have the opportunity to personally experience the effectiveness of programmes and projects implemented jointly by local and oblast authorities.

“Together with the local residents we inspected the new building – a modern session hall, comfortable workrooms. I am sure that the hromada deputies by their decisions will be able to advocate their fellow citizens' interests the best and most effective way possible. This is precisely the decentralisation reform, initiated by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, is directed at. Now we see how many financial resources remain on the ground – these are the subvention funds provided by the state in support of local development and hromada's own funds,” said Oleksandr Kushnir, Deputy Head of the Mykolayiv Oblast State Administration.

The Blahodatnenska AH implements the rural healthcare reform as well. Thus, this year a new modern rural outpatient clinic will be built in Semenivka.
