The new energy-efficient ASC in the Polonska AH of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast was established from scratch during four months, with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.

The Centre used energy-efficient technologies allowing the hromada to save almost 50% of the energy consumed by conventional administrative offices for heating. The new Administrative Service Centre of the Polonska AH is a joint Centre for the hromada and rayon residents and has provided access to more than 150 types of high-quality administrative services for 43,000 residents.
