Second in 2018 “Radnyk Starosty” issue published (+electronic version)
With the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian project “Decentralisation Support in Ukraine” (DESPRO) the second in 2018 issue of the “Radnyk Starosty” (ed. “Starosta’s Adviser”) was released.
The publication is intended to provide practical assistance to new officials – starostas – in the local self-government system.
