The 5^th Channel renews the “Time of Opportunity” project devoted to decentralisation, which is being implemented in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme.

Within the live talk show format, Larysa Hubina, together with the guests of the studio – heads of oblast state administrations, amalgamated hromadas, representatives of all-Ukrainian associations of local self-government bodies, and government officials – will analyse the results of four years of the decentralisation reform in Ukraine.

In this issue, the speech concerned, in particular, the progress of the reforms in the Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts.
