The Starobohorodchanska AH includes Stari Bohorodchany, Nyvochyn, Lesivka, Skobychivka and Hrynivka with 6120 residents. The elections took place here on 25 October 2015, and Yaroslav Zderka was elected as the AH head. The distance from Ivano-Frankivsk to Stari Bohorodchany is 25 km.
Infrastructure
All major AH institutions are compactly located in the centre of Stari Bohorodchany. The village council is situated in the two-storied premises. On the ground floor there is an Administrative Service Centre with modern equipment and a children's play corner. Just across the street there is a school, where 370 children study. An outpatient clinic is located nearby. Behind it there is a kindergarten for 118 preschoolers. The village has a recreation area and a playground. The cultural centre has been renovated. The issue of establishing a hub school remains relevant.
Budget
The total budget of the AH includes the basic subsidy, additional subsidy, educational and healthcares subvention – in total amounting to UAH 32 million. The hromada treasury is filled with PIT, excise tax, solar power plant revenues, land payment, single tax. The hromada spends 70% of budget funds at the main expenses – salaries and energy supplies.
Problems
Problematic issues faced by the AH include the transfer of land outside settlements, change of the AH boundaries, and yet the discrepancy of the law, as some laws contradict the others. It is also necessary to establish a police station (allocate premises and equip it with necessities), as well as to purchase computers for the implementation of healthcare reform, at the expense of the hromada. The problem of repairing roads remains acute. The outflow of people abroad with the labour resource decreasing is sensible as well.
Projects
During 2016-2017, 17 projects were implemented on infrastructure subventions: repairs of roads, village streets, finishing of construction of the second floor of the outpatient clinic to locate a day care centre, improvement of the centre of Hrynivka, renovation of the cultural centre and opening of the gym in Nyvochyn.
Youth
The AH youth council works actively. UAH 12 thousand were allocated for youth activities from the budget.

People
There are professors, PhDs, local craftsmen, blacksmiths, bakers, embroiderers, coopers, knitters in the hromada. The craft is often passed from generation to generation, and there are many to be proud of, observes the AH head.
Prospects
The AH territory is ecologically clean. The hromada has a convenient location on the way to the Carpathians, and the oblast centre is close. Thus, the arrangement of leisure and rest facilities (campgrounds, weekend tours) is emphasised here. The fuel briquettes production line (elaboration of documents and business plan preparation are currently ongoing), as well as establishment of cooperatives (agrarian and berry-growing ones), are among priorities here.
