Amalgamated hromadas care about culture development on their territories, - trade union of culture specialists

"In the context of decentralisation, local authorities should remember that development of regions is closely linked to culture in the hromadas, because it forms the values, rules and priorities," said Lyudmyla Perelyhina, head of the trade union of culture specialists of Ukraine.

The course of decentralisation was discussed at the meeting of the presidium of the Trade Union with the participation of MinRegion, Ministry of Culture and culture specialists of all regions, held on 27 March.

"Three-year results of decentralisation introduction clearly indicate the success of the reform. The level of public trust in AHs has grown significantly in comparison with previous years," said Liliya Popova, head of the Department of Local Self-Government and Territorial Organisation of MinRegion.

Tetyana Poberezhna, head of the Vinnytsya Oblast Trade Union Organisation, told about decentralisation implementation in the Vinnytsya Oblast.
