New opportunities and creativity: how hromadas of Volyn Oblast improve quality of education

Yellow and orange facade colors, cozy classes, tennis tables in the corridors, photo-laboratory, bicycle parking, scholarships for academic progress.

All this has recently become the usual reality of schoolchildren and teachers of the hub educational institution of the village of Holoby in Kovel Rayon, visited by the journalists from the Volyn Oblast. The press tour was organised by the Volyn Local Government Development Centre.

"We have the status of the hub institution since 2016. It comprises a Holoby school with more than half thousand pupils and 4 branches with a total of 721 pupils," said Nataliya Khomyak, director of the hub educational institution.
