A joint (town-rayon) ASC will be opened in the town of Kalynivka, Vinnytsya Oblast, on 20 March at 12:00, with the participation of the Ukrainian and Swedish experts. The Centre will provide hromada and rayon residents with high-quality and accessible administrative services, including the most essential ones.

The U-LEAD with Europe Programme assisted the hromada in the institutional setting of the ASC, provision of furniture, modern appliances, as well as passport issue equipment.

We invite you to take part in the opening ceremony of the Centre.
