The Law "On Education" and sublegislative normative acts, adopted for its implementation, have changed the system of educational management and the role of all its participants, including amalgamated hromadas.

Experts of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme have prepared a review of legislation that describes the modernised secondary education management system and lists the functions and responsibilities of AHs in education.
