Experts of the Financial Monitoring Group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and the SKL International project) prepared the assessment of financial capacity of amalgamated hromadas of the Volyn and Sumy Oblasts.
The analysis will help hromadas identify areas that require increased attention and quality management decisions.
The growth of own revenues per capita of 15 AHs of the Volyn Oblast increased by UAH 1301,8 and amounted to UAH 2241,1 (including: in 10 AHs, formed in 2016, this indicator increased by 3.1 times and amounts to UAH 2235.3, and in 5 AHs established in 2015 – it increased by 58.3% and is UAH 2254.0).

In Sumy Oblast last year, 14 AHs worked on direct interbudgetary relations with the state budget. The experts noted the growth of own revenues per capita of AHs of this region. This indicator increased by UAH 1943.4 and amounted to UAH 3304.6 in 14 AHs of the oblast (including: in 13 AHs, formed in 2016, this indicator increased by 2.6 times and amounted to UAH 3284.7, and in 1 AH, formed in 2015 – it increased by 23.3% and is UAH 3584.4).
