First 2018 issue of “Radnyk Starosty” newspaper appeared (+electronic version)
The first 2018 issue of the “Radnyk Starosty” (“Starosta’s Adviser”) newspaper was published with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian Project “Decentralisation Support in Ukraine” (DESPRO).
The publication is intended to provide practical assistance to starostas as new officials in the local self-government system.
