SKL International announces the selection of a team of regional experts on improved administrative service delivery, establishment and modernisation of Administrative Services Centres (ASCs) for the implementation of U-LEAD with Europe: Ukraine – Local Empowerment, Accountability and Development Programme, Roll-out phase.

Location: Dnipro, Lviv, Kyiv and 1-2 cities in the South of Ukraine (to be identified).
