According to the results of 2017, the experts of the Financial Monitoring Group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and SKL International) conducted an analysis and evaluated the financial capacity of 366 amalgamated hromadas (hereinafter referred to as AHs), which had direct interbudgetary relations with the state budget in 2017.
Yanina Kazyuk, financial decentralisation coordinator of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion, informed that the analysis was carried out:
- in terms of 4 groups of AHs by demographic characteristics: group 1 – the population number is over 15 thousand people; group 2 – population number is between 10 and 15 thousand people; group 3 – population number is from 5 to 10 thousand people; group 4 – population number is up to 5 thousand people;
- in terms of four indicators that best characterise the financial aspects of the activities of AHs.
