Formation of AH resource base requires qualitative spatial planning, which consists in creating development strategies. Although this issue is the next step, but, first of all, it is necessary to carry out inventory of existing resources, in other words, to understand what a hromada has and what can be used for its development. The huge share of this work is borne by AHs’ land surveyors.
For the first time in the framework of the Chernivtsi Local Government Development Centre, the relevant experts of amalgamated hromadas gathered together. The most urgent issue concerns the transfer of state-owned agricultural land to the communal ownership of AHs, and namely the practical implementation of this process. The training was attended by the leadership of the StateGeoCadastre in the Chernivtsi Oblast, that facilitated the understanding of the process of transferring land to hromadas representatives.
