The Lymanska amalgamated hromada in the Donetsk Oblast comprises 40 settlements with over 44 thousand residents. This hromada is one of the largest in Ukraine and demonstrates that it is capable of solving its own problems independently without waiting for directions from above.
The video is prepared within the framework of the information campaign “I Am Hromada!” supporting the decentralisation reform in Ukraine, implemented with the financial support of the European Union within the framework of the joint project of the United Nations Development Programme and the UN Women.
