Within the framework co-operation of the Council of Europe Programme “Decentralisation and Territorial Consolidation in Ukraine” and the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, the third training dedicated to application of modern tools of Human Resources Management in local self-government authorities was held for representatives of 19 amalgamated hromadas on the 21st – 22nd February 2018. Training programme based on the Council of Europe toolkit on HR management adapted to the Ukrainian context.
