Opening of Administrative Service Centre in Severynivska AH

A new modern ASC, established with the support of the Ukrainian and Swedish experts, will be opened in the Severynivska amalgamated hromada of the Vinnytsya Oblast (31 Hrushevskyi street, village of Severynivka) at 11 AM on 31 January 2018.

The U-LEAD with Europe Programme has provided assistance to the hromada in the ASC institutionalisation, furnishing and equipment of the centre with modern appliances with specialised software.

5 specialists who have passed advanced training, specially developed for the AH residents by the experts of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, will be permanently working at the ASC of the Severynivska AH. The service fee will be paid to the hromada budget.

Representatives of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine, U-LEAD with Europe Programme, Vinnytsya Oblast State Administration, Vinnytsya Oblast Council, and Severynivska AH are invited to attend the opening ceremony of the Severynivka Administrative Service Centre.
