The Zaporizhzhya Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, held a seminar on the transfer of property and property rights from collective to communal ownership of amalgamated hromadas.

“The Zaporizhzhia Local Government Development Centre receives questions from AHs on the transfer of property and the right way to do it,” said Oleksandr Svystun, director of the Centre. “The legislative base to rely on has already been developed. Therefore, we decided to hold a seminar on legal issues, as well as provide answers to your questions.”

During the seminar, Tetyana Guliyan, legal adviser of the Zaporizhzhia LGDC, highlighted the relevant issues of transfer of property to the communal ownership of AHs, i.e. consistency, documents’ preparation, property inventory, obligations of the relevant legal entities, as well as personnel issues.
