Oster mayor Viktor Samodyelok and Yuriy Ostashevskyi, head of Desna rural settlement, signed an agreement on cooperation of hromadas in the form of establishing a joint communal institution “Oster Town Hospital” on 5 January, the hromadas’ websites report.

This infrastructure project implements a common interest in healthcare sector. The agreement will promote the provision of quality healthcare services to hromadas’ residents and financial procurement of healthcare facilities.

It is worth mentioning that both AHs were established in the Kozelets Rayon.
