The “UA: First” TV channel launched the broadcast of programmes from the “Side by Side” cycle with the support of the Council of Europe Programme “Decentralisation and Territorial Consolidation in Ukraine”.

The programme lasting over 20 minutes will appear on the TV channel every Wednesday at 19:00. 4 issues have been already prepared for broadcasting.

The first issue of the programme features the village of Pokrovske in the Zaporizhzhya Oblast, where a cooperative was established to help the peasants to open family farms. Cow barns with automated care systems are built according to the international standards. It facilitates the work of a farmer who can take care of over ten cows.
