In 2017 the Pryvilnenska hromada took first place in capital expenditures per capita and second in financial capability in the ranking of amalgamated hromadas of the Rivne Oblast. Significant positive changes came to the educational, cultural and healthcare institutions. Infrastructure and level of communal services’ provision to the hromada population are significantly developing. The facilities and equipment base of social institutions is being updated. Yuriy Momotyuk, head of the Pryvilnenska AH, tells about the life of the hromada in 2017.
