On the initiative of the Dnipropetrovsk Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, in cooperation with the Sofiyivska AH and department of culture of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast State Administration, a Decentralisation Christmas Caroling will be held on 12 January 2018 in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast: an open festival-contest of Christmas and New Year symbols and “Christmas Star” creches.

To participate in the festival, each team should send an application for participation to the e-mail address of the organising committee kolibaba_yu@ukr.net by 4 January 2018. The application should contain information about the name of the team, institution, name of the amalgamated hromada, name, surname and patronymic of the team leader, age category of the participants and the number of participants in the team.
