Establishment of hub schools, increase of powers of the educational institutions, changes in the education forms, school finance transparency – these and other issues were discussed on 12 December in the town settlement of Vesele during the training seminar “Effective education management in AHs: from establishment of education management body to implementation of a school network optimisation plan”.

This is the third seminar organised by the Department of Education and Science of the Zaporizhzhya Oblast State Administration with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme together with the experts of the Swedish-Ukrainian Project “Support to Decentralisation in Ukraine”. Similar events have already taken place in Orikhiv and Prymorsk. Another one is scheduled for 18 December in the village of Vladymyrske (the Shyrokivska AH).
