The Velykokopanivska amalgamated hromada in the Kherson Oblast offers a vacancy for a family doctor. In order to attract a specialist, the local authorities bought him/her a home and a car to serve patients on a call. The office of the future doctor is on a par with a similar doctor’s office in the capital by the level of medical equipment. Healthcare is not the only issue the hromada ity was able to take care of itself after amalgamation.
