ТСН.Тиждень побував у бідних селах, які об'єдналися з містом, та порівняв розвиток наших громад з польськими ґмінами. Завдяки новоутвореним громадам ера занедбаності українських глибинок має усі шанси закінчитися. За рахунок власних надходжень та державних субвенцій громади будують сільські амбулаторії, школи, дороги, водогони та освітлення. Попри все, нині в Україні існує паралельно одразу два типи адміністративного устрою. Половина українців живе у ще радянських районах, половина - у нових громадах.
