Три в одному - поліцейську станцію, фельдшерсько-акушерський пункт та кабінет із надання адмінпослуг відкрили у селі Товстолуг, що на Тернопільщині. Село входить до складу Великогаївської об'єднної територіальної громади.
Гроші на реконструкцію і наповнення колись старого приміщення отримали як субвенцію із держбюджету, яку надають для підтримки проектів об'єднаних громад.
