Ганнопільська сільська ОТГ, що в Хмельницькій області, вже майже два роки живе по-новому. Власноруч заробляють гроші і самотужки вирішують куди їх витрачати. А коштів суттєво додалося. Приміром, до об’єднання сільська рада отримувала по 350 тисяч з районного бюджету, у 2016-му сума зросла в десятки разів. І кошти - вже свої.
