Ukraine Today discusses current progress of decentralization reform with Head of Polish Solidarity Fund Markijan Żelak.

Markijan Żelak: "Poland is a strategic partner of Ukraine, Poland is deeply involved in different areas of supporting the Ukrainian democratic and free market transformation. Especially, a decentralization reform is so crucial to Ukrainian transformation because we can't imagine a successful and effective state without effective self-government. In Poland we implemented it in the early 90s."
