V.Groysman: next year Ukrainians will live in an absolutely new country as the power and funds will be transferred from Kyiv to communities of specific villages, towns and raions

In an interview to the “TSN.Tyzhden TV” show on “1+1” TV channel, the Chairperson of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman explained in detail, what the decentralization of power in Ukraine would mean.

In the interview he tells, how a proper economic system can change life in the regions. It can be seen in Vinnytsia. The city has a well-developed network of public transport. It has Swiss trams with free Wi-Fi onboard, and taxi-bus drivers there cannot raise fares to stratospheric heights, as the amount of public transport in the city is sufficient. He also notes that Vinnytsia gives great opportunities for entrepreneurs as business there can be opened in just five minutes.
