A partnership agreement has been signed between the Zelenodolsk City Council in the Dnipropetrovsk region and the municipality of Sceaux in France. Dmytro Neveselyi, Head of the Zelenodolsk Community, shared this news.
According to the community leader, the agreement provides for the following:
- the exchange of experience on best practices in local self-government,
- cultural integration,
- cooperation in the field of education,
- joint implementation of socio-economic and cultural development projects.
‘Partnerships are not just a formality. They are an opportunity for mutual learning, support and implementation of initiatives that improve the lives of our residents. This is the first international partnership for the Zelenodolsk community, and I am confident that there are many new opportunities ahead. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mayor Philippe Laurent for his trust, openness, and willingness to develop our cooperation,’ said Dmytro Neveselyi.
