How can strategic planning help municipalities address today’s challenges and current needs?

Join us for a presentation of new approaches and tools for local-level strategic planning — an event initiated by the Canada-funded Recovery for All (RFA) project with the support of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine and the International Renaissance Foundation.

This event will bring together representatives from the Government of Ukraine, local authorities, national and local associations, civil society organizations, private sector actors, and experts in regional policy and decentralization reform.

We will present proposed updates to the key policy document guiding local-level strategic planning: the Methodological Recommendations on the Development, Approval, Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation of Community Development Strategies.

Who should attend?

Local government officials, civil society representatives, policy experts, and anyone interested in improving the quality and effectiveness of strategic planning in municipalities.
