Bucha, Irpin, Mykolaiv and Okhtyrka have been awarded with the Town-Hero of Ukraine reward

On March, 24, with Decree №164/2022 the President of Ukraine awarded the towns of Bucha (Kyiv oblast), Irpin (Kyiv oblast), Mykolaiv (Mykolaiv oblast) and Okhtyrka (Sumy oblast) with the honorary reward of the Town-Hero of Ukraine.

The reward is aimed at honouring citizens’ feat, mass heroism and resilience during the defense of their towns and resisting the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine.
