The future of Ukraine is being resolved not only at the fronts. Unprecedented bombardments of the civil infrastructure facilities and residential areas by the russian army are militarily aimed at unleashing chaos at the rear and doing everything possible for our state to cope with refugees and humanitarian corridors, rather than its armed defense. A great role in coping with the chaos is played by local self-government bodies and ordinary residents of the regions where there is no warfare. It should be mentioned that these people are doing their utmost, having hosted not only their relatives but also all people, fleeing the war. The Decentralisation portal has visited an ordinary Lviv apartment where shelter was found by 6 persons from Kyiv and Kharkiv.
