On March, 15, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed bill №7166 on peculiarities of the government management of the budget under the martial law.
An important amendment is that local self-government bodies or military administrations will be able to make decisions about targeting the state budget subvention rest to local budgets, namely, the money preserved at the local budget accounts as of January, 1, 2022.
The money will be allotted for territorial defense measures, meeting subsistence demands of civilians, evacuating civilians from the area of warfare and dangerous territories to safe places.
