The issue of starostas providing notarial services is still topical, as while the number of approved starostas has been increasing lately, the number of starostas, authorized for notary procedures has also grown. Taking into consideration that starostas do not have to perform notary procedures daily, as well as notary procedures characteristics, starostas often have questions related to it. The most topical of them is the cost of notary procedures and its payment.
