The Government has amended Ruling № 1336 On the usage of payment transaction recorders in the spheres of trade, public dining and services.

The main thing about the amendments is that the Government, at the suggestion of the MinRegion, has specified the rural settlement territory where it is allowed to implement transactions in trade, public dining and services without payment transaction recorders. Ruling №1336 used to treat only villages as rural area, now settlements have also been added there.
