In 2022 the Chernihivska municipality is simultaneously realizing several programmes and projects, targeted to maintain public health and raising residents’ awareness of disease prevention, inoculation and first paramedical aid.

According to the U-LEAD with Europe Regional office in the Zaporizhia oblast, the Chernihivska municipality has become one out of 12 Ukrainian municipalities and the only one in the oblast to have participated in the U-LEAD mentor programme «Public health for municipalities», implemented by the Health Care School of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
