At 2 P.M. on February, 9, the Ukraine Crisis Media Centre is hosting a public interview: «Involving citizens: efficiency of the made decisions or too much ado for the local self-government?».
The interview will be streamed at the Facebook-page by the DOBRE Programme, the Decentralisation portal and the YouTube-chanel of the Ukraine Crisis Media Center.
