Are there legal arrangements to conclude term employment agreements with teachers, having reached pensionable age after July, 1, 2020?

Law of Ukraine On Complete Secondary Education (hereinafter - Law 463-IX) having come into force, educational establishment heads have faced a challenge: how to deal with teachers, having reached pensionable age after July, 1, 2020 in accordance with the law? Should term employment agreements be concluded with them?
