The DOBRE experts have updated the guidebook on the municipality communal property management tools.

The edition is aimed at people’s deputies, local self-government officials and all those interested in communal property issues.

The guidebook is based on practical experience of Dobre municipalities-partners, taking into consideration municipality best practices, suggesting activity algorithms and document samples.

In comments to document samples one can find advice by Dobre consultants on different options of using mechanisms of communal property management, depending on local self-government bodies’ organization peculiarities, municipality resource opportunities and needs.
