According to the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, the Government has approved draft law On Amending Law of Ukraine On Local Self-Government in Ukraine in Terms of Communal Property.

The Bill defines:

• The legal regime of municipality common joint and common partial ownership;
• The notion of «management of municipality objects of law», including those jointly owned;
• The legal regime of property of communal enterprises, establishments and organisations.
