New recommendations on developing, approving the Provision on the Starosta and its content
Recommendations for village, settlement and town councils on the procedure of developing, approving and content of the Provision on the Starosta (the amendments, made by Law of Ukraine № 1638 On Amending certain Legal Acts of Ukraine on the Starosta Institute Development, having been taken into account) have been commissioned by the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine with support by the Council of Europe Programme «Decentralisation and Public Administration Reform in Ukraine».
The recommendations represent practical tips and document samples.
