Target audience: representatives of local self-government authorities at all levels.

28 best practices-winners will be awarded according to the results of the Contest.

The themes of the Contest 2021 are:

1. Community’s cohesion.
2. Organisation of the health care system at the local level in the context of health care reform.
3. Implementation of strategic development projects.

The award ceremony will be organised by the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine in the framework of the Council of Europe Programme “Enhancing decentralisation and public administration reform in Ukraine”.
