How to turn a waste issue into the town development project? The International Republican Institute has gathered municipality successful cases of waste management.

For example, Lviv has created the biowaste composting station and sells the recycled compost, increasing incomes to the municipality budget. Khmelnytskyi has used the EBRD funds to build an up-to-date rubbish recycling plant which is to create hundreds of jobs.
