New rules of cooperation between government agencies, citizens and businesses – the Parliament has passed the bill on the administrative procedure

On November, 16, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in the second reading and as a whole the bill on the administrative procedure (№3475), making it possible to regulate the procedural part of citizens and businesses’ relations with the governmental agencies.

According to the bill authors, it has to ensure a citizen’s direct participation in making a decision, related to them, the right to express their stance and to be heard before the significant decision has been made.
