On November, 16, 2021, Lutsk hosted opening of the HOVERLA USAID Project in the Volyn oblast. Ten municipalities of the oblast - Rozhyschenska, Lyubeshivska, Volodymyr-Volynska, Boratynska, Horokhivska, Kivertsivska, Vyshnivska, Lokachynska, Shatska and Zymnivska municipalities – became partners of the HOVERLA USAID Project. Thanks to the Project support, over 200 thousand residents will be able to experience the advantages of decentralisation.

During the event the first deputy head of the Volyn oblast state administration Serhiy Movenko, the head of the HOVERLA USAID Project Gabriel Abraham and heads of ten municipalities-partners of the Project in the oblast signed Agreements of understanding.
