At 12;00 on November, 15, the Ukraine Crisis Media Centre is hosting a press-conference, entitled: «Local state administration of the prefecture type: myths and reality».

The event is organized by the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine with support by the DOBRE USAID Programme.
