Today, on November, 4, the Secure Municipality Forum has started in Kyiv. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi has claimed that municipality security starts where all public establishments work concertedly.

«Each municipality resident is entitled to life and health protection, fire and natural disaster defense, as well as quality administrative services. Municipality security starts where streets are lighted and roads are not rough, where people are not afraid of addressing a police officer for help, where protection of a woman, a child and an elderly person from domestic violence is not just a matter of the police but of the whole society, where there is an opportunity to get urgent medical aid with the help of a helicopter at any nook of our country. These ordinary things must be ensured by our joint efforts – of the local and central authorities», - said Volodymyr Zelenskyi.
