At 2 P.M. on November, 2, 2021, the DECIDE Swiss-Ukrainian project is holding a webinar, entitled “Developing local targeted programmes for municipality education development”.
Like a municipality strategy and its social and economic development plans, local targeted programmes are an important tool of changes planning and introduction. It will be detailed during the webinar by Serhiy Yatskovskyi, a DECIDE local self-government expert.
